They increased the O/S from 2.5 to 3.8 bil. (I hope it's for some new business ventures...). Yes, I agree there is a huge # of restricted shares. Furthermore, the CEO also increased his position...which are good signs. But still...some dumba&& always screw up the momentum whenever we have huge buy vol & tend to move up...I would like to blame on the shorties...but can't always be them. Personally, momentum & liquidity are the most important think in the OTC Mkt. If you have both, then for sure the POS would run up. Sadly, whenever we have momo...whenever one big boy or big trader started to invite another big trader (his friend or follower, etc.) into this POS...some idiot would trade & screw up the momo (would scare always potential big-buyer & his/her followers).
That being said, this still has a good chance of movin up to mid $.00x. Look @ FIT*, for an example, it ran from low $.000x to $.10+ cents @ the pt. when it had 3 bil in the float. Which a float of 3 bil.+ & that junk is still trading in the mid $.00x...I could name countless OTC junks with high # of float & O/S...which are trading in the mid $.00x-.x. Nothing is impossible in the OTC Mkt.
Please, don't get me wrong here...I still believe in POS DSCR!
