Give it a few weeks, let's see how this month pans out.



Nothing to give a few weeks to it already happened. This isn't about whether the updates and/or 10k are positive or what info is released or the pps. An insider (Investor Relations) gave nonpublic info (that there will be an update within 3 days max, 2 more updates by the end of the month and they will 'be good') and that info is material (likely to influence buying/selling). Its called tipping and it's illegal insider trading as per the SEC regs IMO as I posted yesterday.
