ROFLMAO, Well that hypothesis would typically be based relative to the cost basis of such shares now wouldn't it, so TELL ME what are the terms and the cost basis of any further mrib stock distributions made to Bodie from the lawsuit. Lets see what those terms are and the share price number you come up with.
But guess what?
Just because it would make sense to base a selling decision on what the stock cost a person, that is not the ONLY factor Bodie had to consider in his decision making of what to do with marani stock.
Fact is BODIE was/is able to do whatever he wants to whenever he wanted to. There is no sure fire way of knowing what that was or is.

I care... Also, the debt holders/Bodie have millions of reasons to care... Since neither appear to be dumping, the next logical pps move is up. Buy low and sell high, right? They're not stupid. IMO, news campaign is coming. That makes this a good loading zone for us. JMHO.

Like I said, show the terms and cost basis for the share distribution to Bodie as agreed to in the lawsuit.
Without those details whats the point.

Consider the following. If management is unintelligent or desperate (mrib got the combo platter lol) and agreed to poor terms, the cost to shareholders can be extreme.
Tip: FINANCIERS in the OTC buy at a discount to market and can sell sell sell, relentlessly if they want to, knowing they have as much stock available to them as is needed to satisfy their NOTE.
Now, how about when THAT funded company additionally pisses off its financier so much they are forced to file a LAWSUIT against Marani? ROFLMAO

Arrogance is Due to Ignorance from a Lack of Intelligence.
