A cafe (restaurant) under the name AmeriCanna Cafe is not yet open.

As part of the overall business plan to rapidly roll-out a chain of AmeriCanna Cafes, North American Cannabis Holdings has acquired an operating health beverage cafe - the Dallas Metroplex licensed operator of CityBlends Cafe. The acquired Dallas CityBlends Cafe is open, selling smoothies and other beverages and serving health conscious food. The cafe is over 10 years old and has annual revenue shy of $500,000.

With the CityBlends national infrastructure, and with the talent that comes with the acquisition, North American Cannabis Holdings believes the AmeriCanna Cafe can be rapidly rolled out. North American Cannabis Holdings plans to introduce its first AmeriCanna Cafe drinks in the acquired CityBlends Cafe and potentially through out the CityBlends national network. North American Cannabis Holdings also plans with the acquired CityBlends Cafe management to open a first stand alone AmeriCanna Cafe here in the Dallas metroplex and grow the national chain from there.
