also those 5 mill. payments come on balance sheet which
should look SWEET.

hopefully elite has our backs if it merges with epic
before approval if not good terms then all of us whether
we want to or not will have to hold for at least 3 years
to get the kind of elite crack hits/returns we got on first run.
