I called and left a message. Figured it would go to voice mail. It was a few hours ahead because im west coast so if it was a cell phone or home phone i probably iritated him.

Anyway just said I wanted to inquire about the quarterly and yearly sec filings. I dont expect him to give me dates just maybe an understanding of why they havent filed. Basic simple answer really. I Want to know if this is his priority.

Anyway, i dont expect to hear anything. I was polite. Hopefully he understands this has an expiration date and we are all hanging out after the "sold by" date.

I just hope they dont move on and forget because things dont go well. Credibility is all we have if you want respect.
