yes ZERO dilution to float, any shares issued were to insiders for monetary consideration on a RESTRICTED basis, insiders believe they will be rewarded down the road, that is what always was my investing consideration, no matter how much I invest it will never equal what they are putting in and that says all to me QLTS huge rewards coming our way
