PVSP Trying to clear this for all the confused people out there:
Read the 8K and the PR...it clearly said ..
They will have a share holders meeting sometime this month. After that they will apply for the name change (Symbol) with FINRA. Then FINRA takes 2 to 4 weeks to process the application. As I see it will take to around the end of August(just my opinion). These days usually no holding period on stock tickers with a cusip and symbol change. If there is any hold it might be a day but most likely overnight. So guys whoever is spreading the rumors please find the right information. Business as usual at PVSP land. Looking forward to more updates as we move forward. Remember one for one exchange....that means no RS.
Any future dilution comes from Flex Carbon fund......that means no O/S increase . A/S will remain the same or decrease. IMO
