would be nice, could be as late as march 2017 , imo

Its nice to see pressure to get veterans cannabis through their VA program, and its funny how cannabis is schedule 1 and crystal meth is schedule 2; especially when there is conclusive evidence to support medical value of cannabis around the world. However it may be quite some time until we actually see federal legislation changed.
