I think I found TMMI's achilles heel in this lawsuit. It is on the dimension website in their answer to TMMI's third amended complaint. It is attachment F wherein Simpson and Alan Sloan sign the agreement that in its body states that this is part of the DFI and DFMI merger.


It's in section 1 of exhibit F. Too bad.
