They have rights to patents and intellectual property key to the home and business security industry. A buyout could explain the behavior. Not like REVO is going to turn into a full blown security company with offices regionally or nationally.

Just speculation no one knows. Ronald Carter has made a ton of sacrifices...Time to get paid.

The patents have gotten 3 defendants to want to settle...FACT but no real details as of yet.
