Frustrating? Yes, but delays are still a normal part of doing business....especially when dealing with state and local government. We want things to happen right this second, myself included and i consider myself a strong long....i keep telling myself im gonna stay away from the incc board and stop checking their twitter feed for several months but i just have to keep peaking at whats going on here....patience!!! The payout will be well worth it imho
