Moneypenny, the CNN Fear-Greed indicator has dropped all the way to the 10 level deeply in the red. It's only been lower than this twice in the past 3 years (late Summer 2014 and mid-Oct 2014).

Obviously the "risk trade" is OFF during such times, and risk trade means most of the biotech sector, among other "speculative" sectors.

But it can change on a dime and zoom back up which is why i'm not selling anything here.
