This management team has done a stellar job in the short time they have been together, which is less than 3 years LLOLs!!.

The audit to get the books all cleaned up was done years ago....

And if it wasn't for the lawsuit from 3/2013
TMMI would be at sub-penny and
the defendants would be off into the sunset with stolen tech and who would be crying then?.

Every single person pointing their fingers at management....

Give it a rest!!.

I would take another read at the shareholders letter,it explains everything....
And
Perhaps some should read the "Risk Factors" and see who really controls the TMMI stock and our CEO!!.
