Is this your first time trading OTC? 3 billion shares is about the norm. What is not normal is that the CEO actually communicates directly with his investors, additionally they actually have a product which makes them more credible than 99.9 % of the other companies you find on the breakout board On any given day. Work your math forward all you like, you really don't sound like you know where you are.
