By saving the ann. until Sunday, he can be back in Florida hiding out after the ann. and won't have to deal with angry investors face to face.

Then he can just block people on FB like he's been known to do to those who have over 20 million shares in this.

Only problem for him is the company can't survive long-term as it is without a serious influx of revenue. Otherwise the toxic death spiral will run it into a reverse split in 2016 and that would be the final curtain call.

But he can continue the hopium for another 6 months or so. I'm still hoping for a minor run or two.
