Validation?! They are a reseller? How is that validation? Please explain

They are a security outfit. They go to customers and test their systems. They run penetration tests. They need to show their client's that they are providing the services that they claim. They have the facilities and the expertise to test. This is the second validation cipherloc has has received. I wonder how many more will be receiving in the future.
