Thin it is but good luck selling shares. This has no real bid support. It's easy to buy on the ask and raise the sp but you'll be trapped with the shares trying to get out if you plan on selling. This is one of those that look good from afar but when you actually get a good look at what is really going on here it stinks to high heaven.
