I agree with that, but in the prospectus of UWTI on the credit suisse site, the overall indicative value gets divided by the total number of outstanding shares. So if they keep adding shares, the price gets diluted a lot, unless the remove some of those shares. If they start removing them on a bull run, it would cause an extreme price jump, vice versa if they add shares on a bull run, it would make the run not as powerful as it could have been untouched.
