I personally do not expect and will not worry about filing for another twelve months. According to the company website per the debt settlement agreement reached in Feb. 2005, they were contractually obligated to start the process by June of this year and obligated to be fully reporting by June of next year.

I know they have accelerated the process etc. and
anything sooner will be great, but I will not be worried if it is delayed. I just wish we would get an update on it, because IMO the closer we get to the end of June, the bigger the potential pullback will be as a result of any delay and I for one like hanging around in the green much better than holding at a loss.
