Don't be fooled, Nicker2 is the same person as someone else who used to post on this board. The Alias born date will give it away for some, while the timing and a few other factors (such as the constant bashing of one "johnny boy") give it away for others.

I'll just put it this way -

And while I was willing to play the game for a bit, and I did for a while, I am no longer playing the game.

I am currently drafting a letter and will send the finished letter to the SEC and after this complaint is made, I will be going in another direction and go down the criminal complaint road. The SEC is for civil complaints while the FBI is for criminal. However, before any criminal complaint is made, it's best to file a civil complaint first. Most attorneys will ask if you've done this before they take your case.
