What is being said is that Shareholders ***HAVE*** VOTING POWER, and in **2011** the MANAGEMENT held a Voting majority for vote in 2011. TOTAL SHARES in 2011 were just over 37 Million Shares.............2015 is the NOW and Insiders no LONGER hold a majority of OUTSTANDING SHARES.........In absence of PROXY Notices sent, and Proxy grants, The MANAGEMENT cannot assign ASSETS of the Company, or VOTE as Majority based on their FAR SHORT of Majority Holdings. It is so obvious that **BACK TO 2011** is used to find a time when **MAJORITY of VOTING SHARES was in Control by "INSIDERS"..........After all the SPECULATION about "Worthless Patents" proved to be INCORRECT, and then the SPECULATION that Patents will "NEVER HOLD UP IN COURT" proved to be Incorrect. The *NEW SPECULATION * is INSIDERS will "STEAL all these ASSETS and REVENUES". .....SCARY SPECULATION (untrue but SCARY). WHATEVER it TAKES to encourage SHAREHOLDER Selling. It did not work in the PAST and is not WORKING NOW !!! OLD FACTS do not apply to CURRENT CONTROL !!!! SUBSTANCE content ZERO..........FEAR FACTOR 1% effective.......(generous figure)..........Let the TRUTH be KNOWN......(do you realize what was POSTED???)
