I believe .0004 is the all-time low which was reached just recently. It will probably get there again soon, but in order to take it lower, something drastic would need to occur (i.e. like dilution to pay loans). It frustrates the hell out of me every time these pennyland CEO's make promises of "good news to come", but they seldom follow thru. Silence is taken as a negative by investors as evidenced by the share price, regardless of what a few posters say about the company being bought out (the price would be going up if it were true, word always slips out and the share price would be reacting to it). Volume has been pathetic, so even if you get .0004, it will be hard to flip it for a higher price, unless your only interested in making a few bucks.
