Still there could he a form of merger arbitrage in place in which time and "risk" can be leveraged. In my opinion the extensiveness of the filings is rather profound to be a scam, not to say that its totally legitimate either. Looks like there is def some dilution to be cleaned up vfin sold 150 million today by my calculations. I'll be very interested to watch how this one unfolds, its got some good koolaid regardless and that makes pigs run. Oink oink
