Yeah--it's not the first time Sigma's failed to stand up for their own hard-earned intellectual property. Remember when GE started using "IPQA" (without the ® symbol afterward) as if it was just an abbreviation, and not a trademark registered with the US government? And at least one of the posters here let Chris Witty know about it?

Result: When's the last time you saw GE use "IPQA" in a communication? If anyone found one I'd missed please let me know and we'll sic Chris on 'em again...

I can understand why Mark Cola and company don't want to put a strain on any working relationships they may have with Honeywell, Additive Industries, etc. but COME ON--if Sigma Labs invented it, the at least they deserve a mention BY NAME in the realeases by those companies who stand to profit by a technology not of their own creation.
