Attended the hearing today in Las Vegas, the judge didn't seem very impressed with Locksmith's case but wasn't willing to throw it out either without giving them a chance to amend their complaint which will occur by tomorrow noon. just thought some of the followers of this stock might be interested.

Interesting that the judge gave plaintiff a chance to amend their complaint. As I wasn't present, I wonder whether the amendment was procedural? Hmmm.

I also wonder who was at the hearing representing Locksmith? Kipping by chance?

Did our CEO make the trek down for the hearing?
