This is pure speculation but I have a gut feeling that there are negotiations going on behind closed doors. If a 2nd 10K isn't released in their usual (2-3 month time after 2nd Q?) then they probably have some sort of confidentiality agreement in place with the buyer. Their robotic and generic tweets about sales to clients, client profiles are pretty innocent. Nothing worth jumping over.
