Its not unusual for those that dont have "Daily" experience dealing OTC stocks, to not understand whats a game and what isnt..Most likely.
But certain days are OBVIOUS to the trained eye and TODAY was one of them.

The stock WAS walked down today and someone was accumulating some stock. Yes stocks do get gamed in both directions but it is very obvious when the action is as todays was.

Remember MM's trade between their own accts to make it appear that there is pressure on a stock and really its net zero trade to them.

Ex: I have acct A and Acct B: I Sell 25k shares in one acct and buy that 25k in another acct....so net result is zero change for me but I just created the illusion of a seller. Happens all the time. Especially if I'm trying to insight panic in order to buy cheaper stock.

If anyone believes that these and many other games dont happen on all exchanges but especially on OTC....they're mistaken.

after the walk down CDEL was jumping the bids within milliseconds in order to be high bid, THAT is not retail trading.
