I wanted to hedge on the dark side when the price dropped below $60. It his $100 today.

That's OK. Just made 16% on a 3x gold bear position that I held for 58 days. Could have made 19% but my crytal ball was cloudy and I got stopped out. :)

I think we will see plenty of opportunities to average down here all the way into next Spring. No rush.
