Petersen worked in the Tgc office in Singapore. He had access to any and all information/seismic data etc, and secretly concocted a plan to buy out the asset and roll it into a separate company, without advising Henc and Holloman that Petersen was going to be a shareholder in that company. What a crook.Petersen is a Director of Holloman Corp.

Petersen cannot be trusted...this is abundantly clear from his own lawsuit that shows how much of a scoundral he is...and that's being polite.

He is likely to be involved in steering the TGC/Henc ship IF the dissidents win.

TGC has the funds to drill, Henc has only the promise(of Tchauncy) that they will put up the money for drilling! Why can't they speak for themselves?
