VMGI supposedly owns a majority of Beautyject but has or had some debt. The partners that are buying Beautyject from VMGI has the money to go into a partnership. They supposedly negotiated a deal with VMGI. If the partner says we will cut the check but you have to pay off your debt first!! If William counters with if I pay off my company debt then you buyback the OS to bring the share structure back to normal. I bet that is what is going on here. I could be wrong but something is going on herd bro. I actually think your very intelligent with what you do provide here. You post the current status to date.
