No I doubt TMM can get anyone to sign any contracts with them. All their paid advisors have their own companies and not even any of them are willing to stick their necks out that far. The market understands that hence the ongoing drop in price.

And yes the HP lawsuit could finish TMM off sooner rather than later that freight train is on the way.
