Cruz, I made essentially the same appeal on this board and was attacked for doing so. Furthermore, it is very curious how this whole fiasco went down. It appeared that Ali and Carter were trying to get suspended (i.e. late this, late that, not filing for corporate lic, on and on). Crazy! Something smells here, but it's hard for anyone to put a finger on just what is rotten. To put a bitter cherry on top of our collective disappointment, they don't have enough common decency, moral underpinning, or enough guts to address their shareholders. We deserve to be informed regarding the company's status and future expectations. Is that asking too much from them? Well, "I don't think so", as homie would say.
