that along with the P&L (look ta loss from operations t) to understand they are a long way from being a viable company.

however Dan has a proven past and the things he has put in place are the right things to do. until they s top bleeding cash though they need money and he has good cheap loans (compared to other OTC/Pink companies).

Just stay on the sidelines until you start to see the numbers improve and the price stabilize as a result.

No need to pick a bottom since once the reversal is in (which may be before the year end) it will be long and very very rewarding
