I worry about Confirmation bias. Reading only plaintiff's side could mis-lead one into overestimating the plaintiffs' chances. Has anyone posted the defendant's response filings? It might be useful. Don't get me wrong. Defendant seems to be in the wrong in a major way. But I'd like to be as prepared for a surprise sweeney ruling or perry appeals court ruling in defendant's favor as possible.
