So they are all happy, everything is going great but we are barely above 70 cents in mid 2015. Direction of the company vs. the SP; if they believe there is a missing, they need to figure out ways to bridge that gap. McGann needs to be a CEO not still a COO. RL needs to fill in his promises. They inherited this disaster cap structure but they need to be more proactive.
