ST. PETERSBURG, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 06/09/06 -- Cyber Defense Systems, Inc (OTCBB: CYDF), a designer and developer of next generation unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV's), announced the that certain changes were being made in the structure of its Board of Directors.

The Company announced that Jim Alman, a Founder and Vice President of the Company, has agreed to step down from the Board of Directors. This action will comply with the terms and conditions stated in the Merger Agreement between Cyber Defense Systems, Inc. and Techsphere Systems International, Inc. dated September 19, 2005. Mr. Alman will continue as Vice President of Engineering with major focus on UAV Development. He will continue to lead efforts relating to product improvements of the Company's family of CyberBugs, CyberScouts, Airships and new projects to enhance Cyber's competitive position in the marketplace.

Billy Robinson, Chairman & CEO, stated "We extend our thanks and appreciation to Jim Alman for his contributions to the Board and the shareholders of the Company during his time of service as a Director. We are pleased that Mr. Alman will continue to serve the Company as our VP of Engineering and will continue to work toward advancing the competitive edge of our UAV products."

Mr. Robinson added, "With the departure of Jim Alman from the Board, and as we continue to grow, the need for additional outside independent directors becomes more important. We plan to interview director candidates over the next few weeks and hope to identify qualified candidates for independent directorships as we move to establish a Board that will be attractive to investors as the Company moves to the next level."
