The regulations are a scary thought if big tobacco and pharma have their way with the FDA. Right now, the biggest two regulations you'll see are how the juice is packaged and labeled and how it is made. With VHUB, their liquid, binary, is made in a lab. As Hot said, the regulations are more so going to affect shops that create "house blends." Meaning, they make the liquid right in front of you or in the back. I do not and will not make a house blend, unless I purchased a stage 6 clean room to manufacture it in.

In conclusion regarding the lab and packaging requirements, binary is up to par.

As far as devices there is not much concern, unless of course big tobacco gets there way and the only ecigs that will available will be closed end devices, such as logic and blue. It would rid RDAs and tank systems and require all devices to be prefilled. That is the bigger concern as it would rid the sale of refillable liquid.

These laws have tried to pass a few times here in New York with zero success. You will not see the end of vaping. It has proven to be successful and there would be way to much public outcry the minute they did.

The route we all want to see is an SRO be formed, like FINRA to monitor and regulate the cape industry. As soon as we have government involvement, it's not good as big tobacco and big pharma will lobby all day to get rid of any style vaping that isn't their own
