Looks to me that the 8-K is due by Thursday, latest. Friday was a
holiday, so Monday was day one of the 4 day rule specified in
Sections 1 -6. Hope it's under the Financial Disclosure rule, which
needs to be filed earlier...but looks like it applies to this one.
Wouldn't bother me if it came out earlier...like today.

Someone please correct me if I'm having a "senior moment"
& reading this wrong. :)
