If MRIB was out of business, Bodie would be selling the free shares they received from the settlement while MRIB is still trading. Sometimes inactions is just as much proof as actions!!!!
Chewie
Keep in mind that the settlement was filed the first week of March hence it had to have been completed some time before that. We also know someone dumped over 400 million shares between $.0003 and $.0004 in the month or so leading up to that. I'd bet Bodie got his shares and dumped them all as fast as he could creating a whole new slew of bagholders under the impression they were getting MRIB cheapies while the reality was they were getting worthless shares of a company already out of business.
And being out of business doesn't mean the stock stops trading. MRIB didn't stop trading back in 2009 when they were definitely not in business and remained trading for four years while dark and dormant. Matter of fact I've seen companies trade for over a decade after having closed up shop. Margrit isn't going to make an announcement she's shut it down just like she didn't say a word back in 2009. Four years of silence after that.
