So, I wrote IR/Investor Relations for Telecorp yesterday.

Here is the email I sent to Jonathan (IR's rep). This is a copy and paste email;

Jonathan,
ALL this 'Good News' and Paul has nothing to release?? Come'on. This is blatant manipulation to try to keep this at .0001 so that no one sells and sadly, I'm starting to agree with some of the shareholders that this is a scam.

Jonathan did respond (which he normally does, and quickly) and his reply was that Paul wants to release PRs in a manner which will allow the 'good news' he/Paul has to be released over a certain period of time. That is not a 'word for word' reply, but this is basically what Jonathan said.


Here is my problem with that.
-This will allow for what ever this 'good news' is to be shared over a period of time. We all know that Jonathan can sell his shares in Sept. 2015 (or sometime around this point), but is NOT allowed to sell before that. Having this news to be held on to could potentially allow for the PPS/Price Per Share to increase around the same time Jonathan/IR is allowed to sell his shares. This is good for Jonathan/IR and could potentially NOT be so good for other shareholders. Why?? Because Jonathan/IR has the option to sell all of his shares BEFORE we, the other shareholders, can.

What am I saying? I am saying the release of PRs and the current PPS/Price Per Share is being manipulated. It is being manipulated so that no one sells at this current pps of .0001. I mean, WHY would anyone sell at this price and take a loss - even a HUGE loss for many at this point, RIGHT?!?!????. The idea and 'Hope' here is that many, or most, of the shareholders will NOT sell. The 'Idea' and 'Hope' here is so that no one will sell until IR can release/sell their shares and so that we, the other shareholders, will get hit and/or stuck with a R/S (Reverse Split). Does this make sense now, or at least "Starting to make sense" now.
It sure is to me....

IMO/In My Opinion, fellow traders, we are being set-up for a R/S, HOWEVER, I do not believe this (a R/S) will happen until CERTAIN HAND-PICKED SHAREHOLDERS (if you will) are able to get out so that they can get their money.


The last four months has looked more and more like a complete scam now that I look back at those four or so months. HOWEVER, I was NOT convinced of this until Paul supposedly came back from India and now having even more excuses as to why the deal with Dev Datamedics is not completed yet.
