BAYP is not trying to raise %5M. BAYP has only enough shares to raise $1.8M and that is assuming they haven't already given away another 200M like last quarter.

Then again they could have increased the A/S another billion or more shares and without notice and again diluted the shareholders another 400% last quarter also. Are you saying that is what they did???

I have no humble opinions, but I do have opinions and those are what I express in my posts. BUT...I have been wrong before and likely will be wrong again so do your own research and don't blame me if you are too lazy to do so.
