They just finalized the franchise agreement (http://finance.yahoo.com/news/enviro-serv-inc-closes-pestmaster-113000055.html). I'm sure there's a transition for Xterminate to go through in order to put the Postmaster Tampa monicker on. In the restaurant world, if a private company purchases franchising rights for something like an Applebees, there's an entirely new training system, operating system, etc. I don't see how saying something like that makes sense at this point. It's too close to the closing of the agreement to start saying they aren't doing anything.
