I look at it this way. He submitted the audit once and the sec needed more paper work. After getting it all collected now there sending it back which is what should have been done last week. Now if he has submitted everything including the rest of the paper work that the SEC was looking for, then now its another wait game on when the SEC finalizes it. Audits are not fast. Some are looked over multiple times before there approved. If he submitted like he said then its up to the SEC and there timeframe which is unknown. We could be waiting a little bit but in the end it should be finished fairly soon.
