The TA has no clue what the share structure is if Porter either lies or doesn't tell the TA. You confirmed that finally.

This Company reports different share structure to the state of Nevada, to the TA and to the shareholders.

And BTW, the 6M preferred "A" shares the TA indicates as O/S is greater than the Authorized amount filed with the State of Nevada and is FAR different than the 24M shown disclosed by "management" in the recent OTC filings.

It is apparent "Management" plays with these numbers at will and to their personal advantage. As such, no shareholder has any idea of his real interest in the Company
