And absolutely no insiders are selling...

As of December 31, 2014, Medinah financials show Juan José Quijano Claro ("Claro") as owning over 140,000,000 shares.

As of March 31, 2015, Medinah financials show Claro only owning around 114,000,000 shares.

These 26,000,000+ shares certainly didn't go "POOF" in the night. He sold them one way or another.

We're a month out for 2nd. quarter financials to see how many more millions Claro sold.

Of course it is insiders and tightly related parties doing the selling. Logical, as they have the most shares and by far the lowest cost bases. And yes, I'm sure we can theorize that Auryn or even Martians bought Claro's shares, but let's not bother going there.
