The Talbots are in the hot seat on this one. GPSI is not listed in this action and the second paragraph specifically states:

Plaintiffs assert fraud and additional state law claims and request damages in the amount of $1,600,000, along with various equitable remedies. This Order concerns Paul A. Talbot ("Mr. Talbot") and Brooke Talbot ("Ms. Talbot") (collectively, the "Talbots"). Ron Hodges name does not even appear in the 'BACKGROUND' summary.

Anyone's name can be added to a lawsuit and there are no penalties to the Plaintiffs for doing so. As many names as possible get added to a lawsuit actually because it can only help turn up the heat in the kitchen. This is a non event for GPSI. People are buying now because the jail transaction is complete and GPSI is moving forward.
