Very well could be. The reality is that this was a $2.32 pps is October 2013 and they really haven't diluted much. They are much farther along now in their pipeline development. This is going way higher IMO.

Also, everyone points to an impending capital raise. That doesn't make sense either. If they needed a bunch more money they would have diluted more 6 months ago. Also, they have set up the Lincoln park financing to keep from having to dilute. We are good. If anything, today was a great buying opportunity.
