Here is another guess as to what is going on(this is just speculation). Let's assume WWTT is the whale we've waiting for. They have a PO that will put BKYI on the map and they know this and want to take advantage of the increase in value the large order will bring to BKYI's PPS. Basically they twist Mikey's arm and say " let us in on the action or we will find another Vendor"
Just sayin, this stuff happens.
