I have no confidence in Gary. He has proven to have a lack of success in the position. The problem is he is either being strung along waiting for money, while paying the fees or he is just a carni barker.
When the economy tanked, many developers were desperate for money. Really smart people laid out millions for the next line of credit or loan. Those lines never materialized, many were snickered.
It seems to me that Gary is one or the other. Either way, it spells doom unless he finds a new home. I can't even sell my shares now...thanks Gary...
